See exactly what you are wasting on AI and tools — with receipts.

The AI & Tool Waste Audit inventories the AI and SaaS licences you already pay for, measures who actually uses them, and quantifies the waste in euros. You get a board-ready Usage & Waste Report: what to cancel, what to keep, where adoption stalled, and a prioritized plan to recover the money. Vendor-neutral — we do not sell you a licence.

Yours to keep

The number — and the plan — are yours, whether or not you continue.

No lock-in, no bait-and-switch. You walk away with a board-ready Usage & Waste Report and a prioritized, vendor-neutral recovery plan for the AI and tools you already own. If we are the right fit, the audit fee credits toward the program. If not, you keep the number and the clarity.

What you get

What you walk away with.

  • A licence inventory. Every AI and SaaS tool you pay for, mapped to what it costs and how many seats you actually bought — the spend, in one place, often for the first time.

  • Real utilization, measured. Idle seats, overlapping tools doing the same job, and shadow AI nobody approved — the gap between what you pay for and what gets used.

  • A hard € number of recoverable waste, with receipts. Not a guess — the licences to cancel, the seats to reclaim, the duplicate tools to consolidate, each with the money attached.

  • A prioritized recovery roadmap (the AI Adoption Map, folded in). What to cut now, what to redeploy, and where empowering your people turns idle spend into real output — ranked by payback.

  • An EU AI Act Article 4 chapter. An auditable AI-literacy foundation — the groundwork the workshops deliver, so you are ready for the 2 Aug 2026 duty. We build the foundation; we do not give the compliance advice.

The after picture

The After Picture.

You open the report and finally see it whole: every AI and SaaS licence you pay for, who actually uses it, and a single € number for what is going to waste — with the receipts behind it. Then the plan: what to cancel this quarter, what to redeploy, and where empowering your people turns dead spend into real output. A Scoped audit covers one team in about a week; a Full audit covers the whole company and lands board-ready. Either way you leave with a number your board can see — and a clear plan to recover it.

Before you book

Common questions before you book.

No budget this year.

The audit targets spend you are already making — the licences and seats going to waste. And the 3× guarantee means there is nothing to lose: if we cannot identify at least 3× the fee in recoverable waste, it is free.

We already know adoption is low — why pay to be told?

Knowing it is low and having the € number your CFO will act on are different things. The audit turns "people aren't using Copilot" into "€X in idle seats, here is what to cancel and here is the plan to recover it." A hunch does not free budget; a number with receipts does.

This is going to make our team — or me — look bad.

The waste is systemic, not personal. Nobody rolls out AI perfectly; the licences pile up faster than adoption. The audit makes you the one who caught it and recovered the money — not the one who let it leak. The tools did not fail, and neither did your people.

How it runs

How it works.

  1. 1

    Scoping call (20 min)

A senior architect — not a junior, not a sales pitch — confirms the audit is the right first step and whether you start Scoped (one team) or Full (whole company). If it is not right, we say so.

  2. 2

Inventory + utilization (about a week, Scoped)

We pull the licence data, measure real usage, and surface idle seats, overlapping tools, and shadow AI. A few hours of your admin and team leads, total.

  3. 3

    The number, drafted

We quantify the recoverable waste and write the recovery roadmap. You see a draft, push back, we iterate — no surprises in the final.

  4. 4

    Delivery + walkthrough (1 hr)

The board-ready Usage & Waste Report in your format, plus a walkthrough so you can act on it. The audit fee credits toward the adoption program if you continue.

Good to know

Frequently asked.

What's the difference between a Scoped and a Full audit?
A Scoped audit takes one team or department in about a week — the fast, low-commitment way in. A Full audit covers the whole company over 2–3 weeks and produces a board-ready report. We recommend which fits on the scoping call.
How does the 3× guarantee work?
If we cannot identify recoverable waste worth at least three times the audit fee, the audit is free. Licence-management software and the Big Four will not make that promise. It turns "will this pay back?" into "there is nothing to lose."
Is the report ours to keep if we do not continue?
Yes. The Usage & Waste Report and the recovery roadmap are yours either way. If you continue to the adoption program, the audit fee credits toward it.
Do you sign an NDA before starting?
Yes — a standard NDA before any licence or usage detail is shared. Yours if you have one, ours if you don't.
