Your people are not lazy. They were handed a tool and no way to use it.

Enablement Workshops are where paid-for licences finally become adopted tools. Role-based, hands-on sessions built on your team’s real workflows — not generic "AI training," not a slide deck. Each person leaves with a short playbook for their own job, so it sticks. Relief, not another mandate.

What you get

Що ви отримаєте.

  • Hands-on sessions on your real workflows. Not slides — your team works in the tools you already pay for (Copilot, the AI you own), on the tasks they actually do.

  • A one-page playbook per role. The specific prompts, shortcuts, and "use it here, never there" rules for each job — so it sticks after we leave, not forgotten by Wednesday.

  • A prioritized use-case shortlist. The highest-payback ways each team can use the AI you own, ranked — so nobody is left guessing where to start.

  • Recordings + take-home materials. New joiners and anyone who missed it catch up without a repeat session.

  • Internal champions (multi-day format). A trained cohort who can spread adoption and answer questions long after the workshop — the start of self-sufficiency.

The after picture

Картина «після».

Your team walks out using the tools you already pay for — on their own real work, not a demo. The licence that sat idle now saves them hours a week. There is a one-page playbook for each role, so it sticks after we leave. The people who dreaded "another AI initiative" are the ones showing colleagues shortcuts. It reads as relief, not a mandate — and the spend finally earns its keep.

Won't a workshop just be slides we forget by Wednesday?

It isn't training — it's a working session on your team's actual tools and real workflows. People build with their own data in the room and leave with a one-page playbook for their role. Nothing lands as theory, and there is a recording to come back to.

We already ran some AI training. Why this?

Completion isn't adoption. Most training teaches 'here's ChatGPT' and stops. What's missing is the role-specific part: which tasks in your job to hand to AI, which never to, and the shortcut that saves you an hour today. That gap is exactly the 70% everyone skips — and it's what we close.

My team is slammed — they don't have a day to spare.

That is the point. The workshop pays itself back in the hours it hands people the following week — the manual work they were quietly doing because the tool was never usable. Half a day now to stop losing hours every week after.

How it runs

Як це працює.

  1. 1

    Scoping call (20 min)

We learn which tools you own, the workflows your team actually runs, and which roles to prioritize. This shapes the session so it lands on real work, not generic slides.

  2. 2

    The working session

Half-day to multi-day, per the format you picked. On-site or remote. Hands-on with your team’s actual tools and their own tasks — everyday AI, role-based adoption, or build-your-own-agent.

  3. 3

    Playbooks + recording

A one-page playbook per role, a prioritized use-case shortlist, and a recording so new joiners and absentees catch up without a repeat session.

  4. 4

    Champions + follow-up

For the multi-day format, a trained champion cohort and a follow-up office-hours window as adoption spreads. Available on request for the other formats.

How is this priced?
A base fee of €400–500 plus a per-seat fee, minimum 8–10 seats — scoped to team size and format. Role-based SKUs (everyday AI, role-based adoption, build-your-own-agent). We confirm the number on the scoping call; no surprises.
Do we need the audit first?
For the best result, yes — the AI & Tool Waste Audit tells us which tools are worth teaching and where adoption stalled, so the workshop targets the real gaps. It also means we teach the tools worth keeping, not the ones you're about to cancel.
What languages do you run in?
English, Czech, and Ukrainian. Materials and recording in your team's working language. For mixed-language teams we run in the most common language, with materials in more than one.
On-site or remote?
Both. On-site in Prague and reachable European cities (Vienna, Bratislava, Berlin, Warsaw, and similar); farther afield, travel is added. Remote delivery is always available with no travel fee.

Turn paid-for licences into adopted tools.

Book a short scoping call and we will size the right format for your team and roles — or start with the audit so the workshops target exactly where adoption stalled.
