One real workflow, changed with the people who run it.
Enablement Workshops are where the manual work actually moves. We show your team AI doing their own job — in your own systems, on the work they have in front of them — then rebuild one workflow with them, name the person who owns it afterwards, and compare it against how the work started. Each person leaves with a short playbook for their own job, so it holds. Relief, not another mandate.
What you get
Що ви отримаєте.
AI doing your team’s actual work, in front of them
Not slides and not a demo account — their own task, their own systems, the first time most of them will have seen it.
One workflow rebuilt in the room
We take the process apart with the people who run it, decide together which steps AI takes over and which stay human, and put it back together so it runs on Monday.
A named owner
One person on the team owns the changed workflow after we leave, knows how it works, and can answer for it — the difference between a good day and a habit.
A before/after comparison
What the work took at the start, what it takes now, written down — so you can see the hours, not just feel the difference.
A one-page playbook per role, plus the recording
The specific steps, the "use it here, never there" rules, and a recording so new joiners and anyone who missed it catch up without a repeat session.
The after picture
Картина «після».
One process that used to eat your team’s week runs a different way — and the people who run it are the ones who changed it. There is a named owner, a one-page playbook per role, and a written comparison against where the work started, so you can see what came back in hours. The people who dreaded "another AI initiative" are the ones showing colleagues the shortcut. It reads as relief, not a mandate — and the next workflow is easier than this one was.

Won't a workshop just be slides we forget by Wednesday?
It's a working session, not a course. Your team takes one of their own processes apart in the room, rebuilds it with their own data, and leaves with it running and a one-page playbook for their role. Nothing lands as theory — and there is a recording to come back to.
We already ran some AI sessions. Why this?
Attendance is not change. Most sessions show people a tool and stop there, so everyone goes back to the same manual steps on Monday. Here the point is one workflow that is different afterwards: which parts AI takes over, which stay human, who owns it, and how it compares to where you started.
My team is slammed — they don't have a day to spare.
That is the reason to do it. The day is spent on the work that is eating their week — the manual steps nobody ever had time to change. Half a day now to stop losing hours every week after, and you will see the comparison rather than take our word for it.
How it runs
Як це працює.
- 1
Scoping call (30 min)
We agree which workflow to change and which roles are in the room, and confirm what your team already runs. This is what makes the session land on real work instead of generic examples.
- 2
The working session
Half-day to multi-day, per the format you picked. On-site or remote. We show AI doing their own job, then rebuild the workflow with them — everyday AI, role-based enablement, or build-your-own-agent.
- 3
Owner, playbooks + recording
A named owner for the changed workflow, a one-page playbook per role, and a recording so new joiners and absentees catch up without a repeat session.
- 4
The comparison + follow-up
We compare the workflow against where it started and write it down. For the multi-day format, a trained champion cohort and a follow-up office-hours window as the change spreads. Available on request for the other formats.

How is this priced?
A base fee of €1500 plus a per-seat fee, minimum 8–10 seats — scoped to team size and format. Role-based SKUs (everyday AI, role-based enablement, build-your-own-agent). We confirm the number on the scoping call; no surprises.
Do we need the audit first?
For the best result, yes — the AI Workflow Audit tells us which workflow is worth changing first and sets the baseline the session is measured against. It also means we work on the tools worth keeping, not the ones you are about to cancel.
What languages do you run in?
English, Czech, and Ukrainian. Materials and recording in your team's working language. For mixed-language teams we run in the most common language, with materials in more than one.
On-site or remote?
Both. On-site in Prague and reachable European cities (Vienna, Bratislava, Berlin, Warsaw, and similar); farther afield, travel is added. Remote delivery is always available with no travel fee.
Change one workflow with your team.
Book a short scoping call and we will size the right format for your team and roles — or start with the audit, so the session lands on the workflow that is costing you the most hours.
