When your people already work a different way, automation is the multiplier — not the starting line.

Automation is the last stage, never the first. Once one workflow has changed and your team knows the work, we take the steps that still need a person in the middle and build them out — document assembly, invoicing, correspondence handling, meeting capture — on the systems you already own. Or we teach your champions to build it themselves. No automation before enablement is proven.

What you get

Що ви отримаєте.

  • Working automation, live in your stack

The repeated work a person is still doing by hand — assembling documents, matching invoices, handling correspondence, writing up meetings — running on the systems you already own (your ERP, n8n, the Power Platform, whatever you run). Not a demo.

  • Built in your accounts, no lock-in

Code in your repo, automations in your tenant, credentials in your vault. We leave; it stays. No man-days meter, no platform you can only run with us.

  • Capability transfer, if you want it

We can build it for you, or teach your champions to build their own — so the capability lives inside the business, not on our invoice.

  • A full trace and a rollback plan

Every automated step is logged and reversible; nothing goes live until it matches what your team already produces by hand.

  • Documentation + a working session

We train the people who will own it — how to run, extend, and debug it — so it survives the next system change without us.

The after picture

Картина «після».

The work that ate your team’s week runs quietly in the background — the documents assembled, the invoices matched, the correspondence routed, the meeting written up — on the systems you already pay for. Mistakes on the repeated steps drop, because a person is no longer the cable between two systems. Your champions can extend it themselves, because we built it in your accounts and taught them how. The result reads as capacity, not cuts: your people spend their hours on judgement, not on retyping.

Before you book

Поширені запитання перед бронюванням.

  • Why can’t we just automate now? We know what we want built.

Because automating a workflow nobody has changed yet just makes the wrong version of it faster — and nobody maintains what they don't understand. When your people have already worked through it, they scope it right, own it, and extend it. If you have already scoped a clear win, we can quote it directly; otherwise enablement comes first.

  • €5,000 to €30,000+ is a wide range. What decides it?

Scope decides it — one automation at the low end, a set across a department at the high end. It is named, priced, and signed before any code is written, scoped against the work the audit and the workshop already surfaced. You never pay for a crew you do not need, and scope creep does not bite.

  • What happens when a tool or API changes?

It will change. Every automation ships with monitoring, logs, and a runbook, and we run new logic in parallel until it matches your own output. Your champions see a failure immediately and have documented steps — or the Enablement Program keeps it sound for you.

How it runs

Як це працює.

  1. 1

    Enablement first

Automation sits on top of a team that has already changed how the work runs. If the audit and workshops are done and the new way is holding, we scope the build. Already have a clear, isolated win? We can quote it directly.

  2. 2

    Scope + price locked

We propose which process, in what order, what it integrates with, what it costs, and when it ships. Named, priced, and signed before any code is written.

  3. 3

Build on your systems, in parallel

We build on what you already own, in your accounts. The first automation runs alongside what your team does today — nothing goes live until it matches their own output. Short weekly checkpoints.

  4. 4

    Handoff + capability transfer

Working automation, monitoring, documentation, and a hands-on session with the people who will own it — or a full build-your-own-agent path for your champions. We stay reachable for 30 days; the Enablement Program is there if you want us to keep it sound.

Good to know

Часті запитання.

What kind of work do you usually automate?

The repeated, rules-shaped work a person is still doing by hand: assembling documents from a template and a data source, matching and processing invoices, routing and drafting correspondence, and capturing meetings into a written record. The audit says which of them is worth building first for you.

Do you work with our existing tools, or do we need a new system?

Existing tools. We overlay the ERP and apps you already run — no rip-and-replace. If a tool genuinely doesn't fit, we tell you why; we never push a swap for our own benefit. We do not sell licences.

Can our own team build these instead of you?

Yes — that is often the better outcome. We can teach your champions to build and own automations themselves (build-your-own-agent), so the capability stays inside the business. Or we build it and hand it back. Your call.

Can your team access our data?

Only what's needed, under an NDA. Credentials stay in your vault; we use named users with scoped, least-privilege access. Everything we build is logged and reversible.

What languages does your team work in?

English, Czech, and Ukrainian. Documentation and the working session in your team's working language.

Automation, once the work has already changed.

Tell us where your people are still the ones doing it by hand. We make sure the team has worked through it first, then build the automation — or teach your champions to — on the systems you already own.
