Why us, in one page.

We're not the cheapest AI consultancy. We're not the biggest. We're the firm that wires AI into your business architecture first, ships what we build — and tells you when this doesn't make sense for you. Receipts below.

I started AI Business PRO because I kept watching the same scene. Founders who use ChatGPT every day — and still paste its answers into spreadsheets every night. Marketers who let AI write the captions — and still post every tile by hand. Salespeople whose AI summarizes their calls — and who then retype it into the CRM. Everyone is using AI. Almost no one has it wired in. That's not an AI problem — it's an architecture problem.

The principle we run on is simple: work smarter, not harder — and AI is a tool. Not a goal. The goal is Real ROI and a business that works for you, not you for it. First we get the business logic, the flow, and the operating model right. Then AI adapts to that — not the other way around. That's why our work sticks: your team stops being the human cable between five AI tabs and starts running a business that AI quietly powers in the background.

— Liliia, Founder

Architecture first, AI second.

Most AI consultants lead with the tool. We lead with the operating model the AI has to fit. The result actually sticks — because it was wired into how your business already runs, not bolted on top.

10+ implementations. Zero rip-and-replace.

We do the wiring, not the slide deck.

Other consultants leave you with a strategy document. We leave you with integrations actually running. Python, n8n, custom code where it earns its keep — and a team that knows how to maintain it.

Every engagement ends with shipped automations, not just recommendations.

Senior operators, fixed scope.

No junior bench. No time-and-materials creep. You work directly with the people doing the work — and every engagement is named, priced, and timed before you sign.

Mapped in 2 weeks. Live in 90 days. Real ROI in the same quarter.

Recent example

A 150-person B2B engineering firm in the nuclear energy sector — regulated, technical, not exactly a sandbox for "let's try AI." Three production automations live in three months: Gmail → Wrike task routing (EU + UA workstreams), Teams/Sembly meeting recordings → multilingual PDF protocols pinned to the right project, and a monthly KPI dashboard (Wrike API → n8n → Google Sheets, runs on the 1st). Each removes ~40 hours of weekly manual work. They grew without new hires. (One more — auto-tagging project codes from inbound PDFs — is still in PoC. We don't ship beta automations as live.)

Where we focus.

Practical AI and automation systems that cut manual work and let your team run on the business — across content, marketing, sales, and operations.

Content & creative ops

AI drafts, on-brand outputs, scheduled publishing — without the human cable in the middle.

Marketing pipelines

Brief → variant → ad set → measure. Validation cycles in a day instead of three weeks.

Sales & CRM

Lead routing, call summaries, follow-up drafts, QA on every call — same standard for every rep.

Internal operations

Email → ticket, meeting → protocol, recurring reports — handed off cleanly to the right system.

Data & reporting

Monthly KPI dashboards that pull, calculate, and explain themselves on the 1st.

Team enablement

Onboarding agents, internal Q&A bots, role-specific AI playbooks your team actually uses.

When this doesn't work.

Some engagements aren't worth starting. We'll tell you that in week one of the Map — before you've committed to the full project. The patterns we've seen kill engagements:

Your data is too fragmented to automate yet.

If three systems hold conflicting versions of the same truth, AI on top of that just spreads the conflict faster. We'll usually recommend a 4–6 week data hygiene pass first.

No one on your team can own what we hand off.

We build for maintenance. If there's no one with capacity to learn what we build, the system rots in six months and you've paid for a beautiful artifact.

You want AI to replace people, not amplify them.

This isn't a moral position — it's a practical one. The implementations that stick are the ones your team wants to use. If headcount reduction is the primary goal, we're not the right fit.

We'll name the constraint and suggest the next step — even if that next step isn't us.

Now you've seen how we think.

If the way we work matches the way you want to be worked with, the next step is a 15-minute call. If it doesn't, no hard feelings.
