See the work your people still do by hand — and what it costs you in hours.

The AI Workflow Audit looks at what you pay for and don’t use: the manual steps AI already does in minutes, and the AI and SaaS seats nobody opens. We interview the people doing the work, map the workflow end to end, and hand back a board-ready Workflow & Usage Report — the hours, the licences, and a prioritized plan for what to change first. Vendor-neutral — we do not sell you a licence.

S čím odejdete.

  • A map of the work, from the people who do it

Short interviews with the team that runs the process, then the workflow written down end to end — every handoff, every step still done by hand, in their words.

  • A number in hours

How long the manual steps actually take, per week and per team — measured on your own work, not borrowed from a benchmark. This is the baseline everything afterwards is compared against.

  • The licence side, in the same report

Every AI and SaaS tool you pay for, mapped against who actually opens it — idle seats, overlapping tools doing the same job, and shadow AI nobody approved, each with the money attached.

  • A prioritized plan (the AI Enablement Map, folded in)

What to change first, what to cancel, what to leave alone — ranked by what comes back soonest, and named down to the workflow and the person who would own it.

  • An EU AI Act Article 4 chapter

An auditable AI-literacy foundation — the groundwork the workshops deliver, so the people using AI in your company actually know how to work with it. We build the foundation; we do not give the compliance advice.

Yours to keep

The number — and the plan — are yours, whether or not you continue.

No lock-in, no bait-and-switch. You walk away with a board-ready Workflow & Usage Report: where your hours go, which of that work AI already does, which licences to cancel, and a prioritized, vendor-neutral plan for the tools and systems you already own. If we are the right fit, the audit fee credits toward the program. If not, you keep the number and the clarity.

You open the report and finally see the week whole: where the hours go, which of that work AI already does in minutes, and which licences you renew for people who never log in. Then the plan — the first workflow to change, who would own it, what to cancel, and what to leave alone. A Scoped audit covers one team in about a week; a Full audit covers the whole company and lands board-ready. Either way you leave with a number your board can see, and a starting point everything after this is measured against.

Časté otázky před rezervací.

  • No budget this year.

The audit targets spend you are already making — the hours going into work AI does in minutes, and the seats nobody opens. Above the qualification floor the 3× guarantee applies to the licence side of that: if we cannot identify at least 3× the fee in recoverable licence spend, the audit is free. Saved hours are reported separately and are not part of that count.

  • We already know usage is low — why pay to be told?

Knowing it is low and having the number your CFO will act on are different things. The audit turns "people aren't using Copilot" into "this workflow costs your team these hours a week, here is the first one to change, and here is what to cancel." A hunch does not free budget; a number with receipts does.

  • This is going to make our team — or me — look bad.

The manual work is systemic, not personal. Nobody was ever shown AI doing their own job, so the workarounds stayed. The audit makes you the one who found the hours and changed the work — not the one who let it drift. The tools did not fail, and neither did your people.

  1. 1

    Scoping call (30 min)

A senior architect — not a junior, not a sales pitch — confirms the audit is the right first step and whether you start Scoped (one team) or Full (whole company). If it is not right, we say so.

  2. 2

Interviews + the map (about a week, Scoped)

We talk to the people doing the work, write the workflow down end to end, and measure the manual steps — alongside the licence and usage data, so idle seats and overlapping tools surface too. A few hours of your team leads and admin, total.

  3. 3

    The number, drafted

We put the hours on the manual work, decide with you what to change, keep or leave alone, and write the plan. You see a draft, push back, we iterate — no surprises in the final.

  4. 4

    Delivery + walkthrough (1 hr)

The board-ready Workflow & Usage Report in your format, plus a walkthrough so you can act on it. The audit fee credits toward the enablement program if you continue.

Časté dotazy.

What's the difference between a Scoped and a Full audit?

A Scoped audit takes one team or department in about a week — the fast, low-commitment way in. A Full audit covers the whole company over 2–3 weeks and produces a board-ready report. We recommend which fits on the scoping call.

How does the 3× guarantee work, exactly?

If we cannot identify recoverable waste worth at least three times the audit fee, the audit is free. Three things define what that means, and none of them has changed. WHAT COUNTS: identified gross annualised recoverable licence spend — the AI and SaaS seats, duplicate tools and unapproved subscriptions we can show you are paying for and not using, counted over a year, before any cost of acting on it. WHAT DOES NOT COUNT: saved hours. The hours the manual work gives back are measured and reported separately in the Workflow & Usage Report, and are never counted toward the 3×; converting hours into money needs a cost per hour we do not assume. WHO IT APPLIES TO: companies above the qualification floor — roughly €40,000 a year of visible SaaS and AI licence spend, or about €6,000 of estimated annual waste, which is what 3× of the €2,000 scoped fee actually requires. Below that floor we route you to the Small Audit instead of promising arithmetic the numbers cannot reach.

What is not covered by the guarantee?

The guarantee is about what the audit identifies, not about what you later decide to do. It does not promise that you will act on the findings, that a vendor will let you cancel mid-term, or that hours saved will turn into cash. It does not apply below the qualification floor, and it is not a savings forecast for a workshop, the enablement program or an automation build — those are quoted and measured on their own terms. The full conditions are in our Terms of Use.

How much of our team’s time does it take?

A few hours in total. Short interviews with the people who actually run the workflow — usually 30–45 minutes each — plus one handover of licence and usage data from whoever administers your tools. We work around your week, not the other way round.

Is the report ours to keep if we do not continue?

Yes. The Workflow & Usage Report and the plan are yours either way. If you continue to the enablement program, the audit fee credits toward it.

Do you sign an NDA before starting?

Yes — a standard NDA before any workflow, licence or usage detail is shared. Yours if you have one, ours if you don't.

The 3× guarantee concerns identified gross annualised recoverable licence spend, above the qualification floor. Saved hours are reported separately and do not count toward it. Read the full terms
