Why so accessible? What's the catch?
The Map is intentionally the lowest barrier to entry — because we'd rather have you start here than spend €15k on a competitor's "AI strategy deck" that never gets read. Price scales with your company size (a 5-person team is different from a 50-person one), but always starts at €999. The "catch" is that we hope you'll want to keep working with us after the Map. You walk away with it either way.
Can't I just do this myself with ChatGPT?
You can. But ChatGPT doesn't know what your sales team actually does on Tuesdays, doesn't know which of your three CRMs is the source of truth, and doesn't know what your last AI vendor promised and didn't deliver. The Map is half-document, half-interview — the value is in the questions we ask and the patterns we recognize across the 10+ businesses we've done this with. The PDF is just the artifact.

- What if my business changes during the Map process?
- Common with growing companies. We build in one mid-engagement checkpoint to recalibrate — no extra cost. The Map is delivered against your current state plus your next 6 months, so small changes don't break it.
- Do you sign an NDA before starting?
- Yes — standard NDA before any operational details are shared. We use yours if you have one, or ours if you don't.
- Can the Map be in a language other than English?
- Yes. The document is delivered in your team's working language. We currently work in English, Ukrainian, and Czech.
- Can we skip the Map and go straight to Implementation?
- You can — but we'll usually push back. Implementation without a Map runs 2–3× more rework. If you genuinely want to skip, we'll do a one-day pre-Implementation diagnostic instead — half the depth, but enough to keep your build budget from being wasted.
