Won't a one-day workshop just be PowerPoint we forget by Wednesday?
Most workshops are. Ours aren't, because we don't run training — we run hands-on sessions on your team's actual tools and workflows. The Adoption Workshop spends half the day in your CRM, your project tool, your AI tabs. The Governance Sprint produces an actual AI policy document, drafted with your team in the room. Nothing leaves the room as theory.
We have a hybrid team — can this work remote?
Yes — every format runs in both modes. Remote runs slightly longer (30% more time for breakouts) but otherwise identical scope. We adapt to your team, not the other way around.
We've already done some AI training internally. Why this?
Internal training usually teaches tool skills ("here's how to use ChatGPT"). What's usually missing is the adoption framework — when to use AI, when not to, who's responsible, what to do if it gets something wrong. That's what we do. If your internal training already covers vocabulary + guardrails + policy, you don't need us. If it doesn't, that's the gap.

- How far in advance do we need to book?
- Typically 1–2 weeks for prep — we customize the workshop to your team's tools, workflows, and (for regulated industries) compliance constraints. For urgent situations like audit prep or a board meeting, we've delivered with even less notice — costs more, but doable.
- Can we mix formats?
- Yes. Common combination: AI Literacy Half-Day for the broad team, followed by Adoption Workshop for the heavy-users subset 2–4 weeks later. Each lands better because of the other.
- What languages does the workshop run in?
- English, Ukrainian, and Czech. Materials and recording delivered in your team's working language. Mixed-language teams: we run in the most-common language, with materials in multiple.
- Do you offer this on-site outside your home region?
- Yes. We deliver on-site in Prague and other European cities within reachable travel distance (Vienna, Berlin, Bratislava, Warsaw, and similar). For destinations farther afield, travel costs are added to the engagement. Remote delivery is always available worldwide without extra fees.
