We do the wiring. Your team gets their afternoons back.
We build the actual production automations that run your operations — the ones your AI tools half-promised but never delivered. From €1,500. 1–2 weeks for a single automation; 2–4 months for full engagements.
If you're drowning in AI cleanup...
The scene
You're the one who finishes what ChatGPT half-wrote. You re-format the report. You reschedule the meeting AI booked weird. Your team has stopped suggesting fixes — they know you'll just do it.
How we fix it
We close the AI-output → publish loop. The AI drafts, the automation publishes, your team reviews and moves on. You stop being the bottleneck. Your evenings come back.
If your tools don't talk to each other...
The scene
ChatGPT writes the email but you paste it into Gmail. Your CRM logs the call but you re-type it in Notion. Every tool is a silo, and you're the API between them.
How we fix it
We wire the integrations so the handoffs happen automatically. CRM → Notion (with context). AI → Gmail (with formatting). The tools stop being silos. You stop being the API.
What you walk away with.
- 1
Production automations live in your stack. The actual integrations, running on your tools (n8n, your CRM, Google Workspace, Wrike, whatever you use). Not demos. Working software.
- 2
Built on your existing tools, in your accounts. Code in your repo. Automations in your n8n / Make / Zapier. API keys in your vault. No vendor lock-in.
- 3
Monitoring + logs. Every automation comes with a status dashboard and runtime logs — so when something breaks (and AI tools do break), your team sees it instantly and knows what failed.
- 4
Documentation + runbooks. How each automation works, what triggers it, what to do when it breaks. Written for the person who'll maintain it after we leave — not for an architect-reading audience.
- 5
A working session with your team. Before handoff, we walk the people who'll own these through a hands-on session: how to extend, debug, and evolve them. Not a slide deck — your team operating the systems while we watch.
The After Picture.
Your spreadsheets stop being the place data lives. ChatGPT stops being a tab you switch to. The work just happens — invoices route themselves, leads land in the CRM with notes already written, the marketing calendar fills itself from the brief. You stop being the human cable between five AI tabs, your team gets their afternoons back, and the business runs in the background.
Common questions before you book.
€1,500 sounds cheap for production AI work. What's the catch?
€1,500 is our entry tier — one focused automation, scoped tight, shipped fast. Most engagements scale from there (typically €4,000–€15,000+ for 3–5 automations; higher for regulated environments). The €1,500 entry exists so a small business can ship one real automation without writing a five-figure check. The "catch" is honest: at that price, scope stays small. We won't pretend three workflows fit in week one.
What if our stack is too fragmented to automate?
Common pre-condition. Some engagements start with "fix your data first" rather than jumping straight to automation. If your stack is messy but workable, we start by simplifying — sometimes the first "automation" is connecting two tools that should have always been connected. We won't try to build on broken plumbing.
What happens when an automation breaks?
They will break. AI tools shift APIs without warning, n8n updates change behavior, source systems go down. Every automation we ship includes monitoring, logs, and a runbook. Your team sees the failure, knows what failed, and has documented steps to fix it — or to call us. We don't disappear at handoff.
How it works.
- 1
Where to start
Most engagements begin with the Map (separate product) so we know which workflows to automate and in what order. If you already know what you need — 1–3 specific automations — we can scope and quote directly. Bigger engagements (5+ automations or regulated environments) we'll require the Map first.
- 2
Scope + pricing locked
From the Map findings (or your direct request) we propose a scope: which automations, in what order, what they integrate with, what they cost, when they ship. Named, priced, signed before any code is written.
- 3
Build + iterate
We build on your tools, in your accounts. Weekly 30-minute checkpoints keep you in the loop without pulling your team into long meetings. Mid-build you see drafts and push back; we iterate.
- 4
Handoff + monitoring + working session
Final delivery includes the working automations, monitoring/logs setup, documentation, and a hands-on session with the team that'll own them. We stay reachable for 30 days post-handoff — no extra cost.
Frequently asked.
- Do you work with our existing tools, or do we need to switch?
- Existing tools. AI Automations is built on what you already own — n8n, Make, Zapier, your CRM, Google Workspace, whatever. If a tool genuinely doesn't fit (we'll tell you with reasoning), we'll recommend a swap. We don't push tool changes for our own preferences.
- What if we need to change scope mid-build?
- Common. Scope changes are quoted before being committed — same as the original scope. We won't quietly absorb scope creep, and we won't quietly add to the bill. You see the change, you approve it, we build it.
- Can your team get access to our production data?
- Only what's needed. NDA before any access. Production credentials go in your vault; we get scoped access (read-only where possible, no broad admin rights). We use your team's accounts under named users, not shared logins.
- What languages does your team work in?
- English, Ukrainian, and Czech. Documentation and walkthroughs delivered in your team's working language.
Stop being the human cable.
If you know what to automate, we can quote it on the call. If you need help mapping where to start, we'll point you there. Either way — production automations, not slide decks.
